From start to finish, our stay at Phil’s place was amazing. What truly made it special was Jamie! She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for every step of the way. She was kind, thoughtful, and incredibly responsive, always ready with great local tips or help when we needed it. The place itself was just as described—clean, cozy, and in a great walkable area with awesome restaurants nearby. Even when we had a small issue with a door lock, Jamie jumped in to help and made things right without hesitation. We could tell she genuinely cared about our comfort and experience, which made all the difference. Everything was super clean and well-kept, and we really appreciated the flexibility with check-in and checkout. If you’re looking for a place that’s more than just a room—and a host who feels more like a friend—this is it. We’re so grateful for the experience and hope to stay again in the future. Great place, peaceful. Place is being remodeled but was not an inconvenience at all. Beach is right across the street, relaxing and beautiful. Plenty of street parking except for weekends. Within walking distance to restaurants and convenience store. Phil was a great host. Will definitely stay there again when I'm back in the area.

Phil was the best host we’ve had as Airbnb guests. He was always friendly and helpful. The property is great and the beach in front of of the house is beautiful. I can’t recommend this spot enough to anyone considering it.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location. Was easy to find parking right out front. Convenient to train station. Beautiful view. Great coffee shop right around the corner. Room/ bathroom were clean and exactly as described. We would stay here again.
