Here is the part about this rental that I loved, Jamie and Tom were wonderful to work with. We had a very short layover in Boston on our way to a larger trip and just needed a local cozy place to crash at for the night. We wanted to experience fresh lobster since we had the opportunity to do so and just a short taxi drive away was Belle Island Seafood. Jamie was quick to accommodate our requests and a pleasure all around.

Great location right by the beach, and the house is very cute and cozy. The room was comfortable and clean, and it was nice to have a mini fridge and microwave. The hosts were really helpful, checking in with us to see if there was anything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again! n/a

If you're looking for a feeling like you're visiting friends by the seaside, this is it. As two girls travelling with dogs we were initially restricted with options for accommodations, but Ocean Spray Inn made us feel like we hit the jackpot. It felt less like a transactional stay from a hotel/Airbnb and more like a harmonious welcome to the neighborhood. It was an instant feeling of being welcomed right by a beautiful seaside view. We loved every minute and even gushed about the beautiful flooring of our room. More importantly, we slept like the dead after a long day of outings. The Inn itself has a personality, and quickly endeared us along with the friendly staff. You may hear other guests walking through the halls, and I was worried since my pup likes to bark on the other side of the door but everyone was understanding and the atmosphere let her relax a lot quicker than I expected. There were other pups (and we saw kittens!), yet everyone made sure to accommodate each other seamlessly. This place isn't just for pets, kids were allowed to be kids, couples and singles passed through, with no fretting, and no loss of privacy. Walks on the beach in the morning almost felt therapeutic. (We were there during the dates where dogs were allowed on the beach so that may differ depending on your stay). Restaurants and cafes were minute walks away. Even the drive to the city was effortless with beautiful views. Everything felt close and right at our fingertips. This trip was something my friend and I had always wanted to do, and when we finally chose to do so with pets in tow, we filled our days crossing off activities from our bucket lists. Yet with all that, we still consider our stay at Ocean Spray one of the highlights of our dream trip.

We love the location and the view in the morning we really enjoy been there. We want to return to this place. Totally recommended! I consider the doors of the bathroom need to be fixed because it feel I little uncomfortable a door that doesn't look properly.

The staff was very welcoming and we felt right at home. We appreciated the large mini fridge and microwave in our room. They allowed us to store our luggage after check out and offered a great suggestion to walk to Deer Island. It would have been nice to have a hook or rod in the bathroom to hold our bath towels.

I had a wonderful stay at Ocean Spray Inn. The hotel is quiet, comfortable, and incredibly cozy, with a stunning location right by the coast. The neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a slower pace. The service was excellent—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. A special thank you to Tom for arranging an early check-in and for kindly accommodating all of my requests. His help made the stay even more enjoyable. I truly fell in love with this place and would happily return. I definitely hope to stay at Ocean Spray Inn again!

Beautiful views, close to the beach, affordable, quick to respond and address any issues. Not that it bothered us, but one may not like the stairs or shared bathrooms. We didn’t mind it.
