Highly recommended place. It’s very cozy, comfortable, and has a spectacular view. The location is excellent, with great access routes, and public transportation is literally just a 3-minute walk away, making it very easy to get directly to Boston.
Philip is an excellent host and definitely has one of the best places in the area. I would absolutely stay here again.

My kid and I stayed at Phil’s place. After we arrived, Kim made sure we were okay. We also ran into Phil, and he was super friendly and nice. I would highly recommend his place.
